Need a pretty ballad? This is ideal for younger players as arranged by Mike Lewis. It has plenty of unisons and harmonies in thirds with no individual solos and the 1st trumpet range goes only to written, third space C. #3 Dance Big’un, Dance
Ralph Ford – Alfred Publishing Belwin Division
Ralph Ford delivers a superb Latin-rock chart that has a melody that will grab you right from the beginning. Its features include a simple but catchy piano montuno pattern, written solos for alto sax and trumpet, and an optional but recommended percussion part that will definitely add to the Latin flavor. A great chart by an outstanding writer. Optional reduced or expanded instrumentation.
